About the Role
A growing construction company in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is looking for a motivated individual to step into the role of Trainee Site Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take on real responsibility early in their career, overseeing day-to-day site operations while receiving structured training and support to build their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of construction projects, helping ensure they're completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Coordinate and monitor the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Identify and resolve in office issues, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage project documentation and administrative tasks
Lead or take part in site inspections and meetings
What You'll Need
A construction or engineering qualification,



or solid hands-on industry experience
Some background in construction or site supervision, with a working knowledge of construction processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Good problem-solving instincts and sound judgement under pressure
Comfort using construction project management software
A safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
