Booking Centre in Ballarat
you'll be the
first point of contact
for our patients. If you enjoy working in a

superstar customer service skills
to manage appointment enquiries and bookings. Ideally, you'll have experience in the
medical or radiology field

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Take inbound calls and determine the required service
Handle bookings and enquiries efficiently
Notify patients of pre-visit requirements
Liaise with technical and support staff
Quote fees and Medicare rebate amounts
Book appointments at the relevant site
Assist with other tasks as needed
ABOUT YOU
Excellent communication & phone skills - articulate, empathetic, and a good listener
Previous customer service or high-volume call centre experience
Confident using computers and quick to learn current systems
A proactive attitude to training and development
Health/medical reception experience (highly regarded)
RIS/PACS systems experience (also highly regarded)
