About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance System and Process Improvement Lead is responsible for reviewing, improving and automating Finance systems, financial processes, workflows and reporting. The role will identify manual, duplicated or inefficient activities and deliver practical solutions through process redesign, Power BI reporting, advanced Excel automation, workflow automation and stronger use of existing business systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline
Experience delivering finance systems, reporting, automation and process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of finance processes, including reporting, month-end, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliations.
Advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis skills.
Strong systems capability, including data extraction, integration and reporting across multiple platforms.
Project management experience, including planning, implementation and benefits realisation.
