What you'll do
Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers, M&E; consultants, and contractors.
Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets for ventilation products in the North West.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or specification sales within the HVAC or building services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.




Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and ventilation systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
Experience with recent build projects and working with M&E; contractors.
Familiarity with plumbing and heating systems, including boilers and heat pumps.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
Practical notes
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Travel within the North West region will be required.
