What you'll do
Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping functions to ensure the hotel meets its luxury service standards.
Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals to deliver outstanding service.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance, budget adherence,



and service quality metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.

Participate in recruitment and selection processes for current housekeeping staff, ensuring the right fit for the team.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a housekeeping management position within a luxury hotel setting.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with a focus on service excellence.
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on guest interaction and team collaboration.
Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
