The Role:
You'll jump into a humming portfolio of established clients, drive delivery, growth and develop the advisory capability in your team.
Become a trusted advisor to your client portfolio
Define problems, design research approaches and deliver strategic solutions
Combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen




Contribute to strategic planning and new business growth
Work closely with a legendary Director to build team capability.
About You:
Deep expertise in quantitative methodologies and client consulting
Experience of building trusted client relationships
Broad experience across methodologies and business challenges. This is 100% ad hoc, primary consumer research - foundational, complex studies spanning brand, customer understanding, innovation and customer experience.
Experience working across multiple sectors. You'll partner with iconic retail, FMCG, energy, utilities and financial services brands.
Ability to develop others consulting capabilities through coaching.
