Current AHPRA registration.
Valid First Aid certificate.
Valid CPR certificate.
About the Role
Community Registered Nurse Position.
Experienced in creating health plans, training and assessing competencies of support workers, wound care, and catheter care.
Robust clinical and communication skills.
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Nursing and a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in a Community RN role.
Experience in nasogastric tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, medication management, wound care, suctioning, and feeding machine.
Ability to provide comprehensive and coordinated nursing services in the general practice setting.
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team with highly developed communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in Aged Care or Community services.
