The Opportunity




This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine clinical practice with mentoring and developing a team of Speech Pathologists. You'll help shape clinical standards, provide supervision, support professional growth and work alongside senior leaders to continually improve service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of Speech Pathologists
Providing structured clinical supervision and coaching
Managing a reduced clinical caseload
Supporting quality assurance and clinical excellence
Running team meetings and contributing to service improvements
Developing clinical resources and facilitating professional development
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and clinician development
Building strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders.
About You
You're an experienced Speech Pathologist who loves helping others succeed. Whether you've already stepped into leadership or you're ready for your first Team Leader opportunity, you'll have the confidence to mentor clinicians while continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for your clients.
You'll bring:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
Senior clinical experience with a passion for leadership
Excellent mentoring, communication and organisational skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
