As aSenior Sales Associate, the purpose of your role is to assist in leading the Sales Associates to provide quality customer service, keep your store looking great, and to deliver the ultimate EB Experience. This includes supporting the management team with store operations such as merchandising, inventory control and staff development to ensure the store is running efficiently and achieving maximum sales and KPI results.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Achieving sales and KPI targets
Maintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of products and current promotions
Assisting with day to day store operations
Maintaining the store's appearance and organisation to a high standard
Inventory control and loss prevention
Assisting with team coaching and development
Embracing and upholding our Ethos values of Family,

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated record of personal sales/KPI success
Have a strong focus on and passion for providing WOW Service
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to coach and drive teams to KPI and sales success
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and delegate to meet agreed standards and timelines
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and pro-active outlook
Strong merchandising skills
