Experience
Experience in professional dog grooming
Qualification in Grooming preferred, but not essential
Ability to create and embed strong safety practices throughout the salon and store
Good knowledge of specific breed clips, with a commitment to maintaining grooming styles and brand/product knowledge
Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy animals as required
Demonstrated experience in handling and working with live animals
Maintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify them
Proven ability to exceed grooming KPIs through high-quality care, customer satisfaction,



and strong team collaboration
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and team members
