About The Role

As a Duty Manager you will drive sales, serve customers, and supervise team members, leading from the front of the store.
Responsibilities
Open and close the store and supervise shifts.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to the team.
Assist in training and onboarding current staff.
Deliver customer service at the registers with a smile.
Ensure shelves are stocked so customers find all their favourites.
Identify and mitigate incidents or hazards to maintain safety.
Work evenings and weekends as part of the store management team.
Qualifications

Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
