Our client is a PE-backed business that is currently completing an acquisition in Australia and is seeking a finance professional to support the integration process on a 3-6-month contract.Working closely with the APAC Finance Director, the successful candidate will assist with the integration of the acquired business into the existing finance function.
This is likely to include supporting the alignment of financial reporting, processes, controls and systems, as well as helping manage day-to-day integration activities and stakeholder engagement across the programme.The role would suit someone with 5-8 years' experience in finance, ideally CA qualified (or working towards it), who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced workplace.
Previous exposure to M&A;, integrations, finance transformation or project-based work would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
