Join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team and play a key role in ensuring our national workforce stays connected, secure, and productive.We're looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands‐on support across nine sites nationwide, servicing approximately 450 employees.
This role is one of two dedicated positions in our IT Infrastructure team, responsible for both end‐user support and the administration of critical systems including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.What You'll Be DoingDeliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to 450+ users across 9 sitesManage IT onboarding and offboarding processesProvision, maintain, and refresh laptops, iPhones, and iPadsSupport and maintain Production and Test serversAssist in the resolution of cybersecurity alertsManage printers and AV equipment across all locationsSupport networking infrastructure (switches, routers, VPNs, wireless, cabling)Configure and support Amazon Connect contact center agentsAdminister cloud services and identity platforms (Office 365,
