Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.




Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and workplace culture development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
Experience with design thinking methodologies.
Knowledge of HR software and tools.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
