About the Role
As a Porter with Rydges, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a warm and memorable welcome.
We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive individual who thrives on helping others and making a lasting impression.
In this role, you will;
Assist with Valet, Concierge and Porter duties.
Offer luggage assistance to our guests with care and professionalism.
Welcome our guests with a warm, genuine, and personalized approach.
Be the go-to person for local area insights.
Ensure guests have everything they need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role in hotels, with a passion for people and creating amazing guest experience.
A current valid driver's licence and willingness to perform Valet duties for guests.
Proven ability to deliver warm, professional,



and efficient guest service.
Robust communication skills, attention to detail and organized.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Knowledge of local area and hotel services is an advantage.
