From installing and maintaining to troubleshooting and repairing Bayer and distributor equipment, you'll play a hands‐on role in ensuring critical systems run seamlessly.You'll also be at the heart of the customer experience—building strong, trusted relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving high levels of satisfaction across your region.
This is your opportunity to work with cutting‐edge medical technology, make a real impact on patient care, and collaborate with a passionate, highly skilled team backed by Bayer's global expertise.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair all defective products—primarily on‐site and at the Service HubInstall current products and provide training as neededMaintain effective customer and distributor relationshipsPromote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program—DirectCAREWork with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plansActively seek product and business improvement insights from our customersMaintain accurate service reports and customer recordsQualificationsDegree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification2 years' experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical experienceKnowledge and experience of Radiology market, environment, and equipmentDemonstrated planning and organisational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systemsMust pass and maintain both an Australian Police and Working with children checksHold and maintain a current Australian driver's licenseBe You @ BayerWe are committed to creating a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values inclusion, diversity and flexibility.
