Description
Supagas is seeking a motivated Driver Trainer to deliver skills‐based and compliance‐driven training across our New South Wales branches.
The role is primarily field‐based, seeking a trainer based in Sydney and offers autonomy to plan and manage your schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and assess training programs for new and existing employees across our NSW sites, with a focus on safety and operational compliance.
Review and improve training materials in line with legislative, operational, and industry changes.
Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps.
Manage training documentation and competency profiles, monitoring employee progress.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to foster continuous learning and operational improvement.
Track and report training outcomes in the LMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Skills & Experience
Experience delivering training to drivers, ideally in transport or related industries.
Proven ability to mentor drivers and provide safety‐focused training.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or working towards it.
HR Driver Licence.
MC Driver Licence is highly regarded.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly.
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
