Are you an experienced BMS Technician looking to join a growing systems integrator delivering projects across commercial buildings, healthcare, education and mission-critical facilities throughout Sydney?
We're partnering with a well-established building automation specialist that continues to invest in its people, technology and long-term growth.
Due to continued project wins, they're looking to add an experienced BMS Technician to their service and projects team.
The Role
As a BMS Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, fault finding, commissioning support and maintaining Building Management Systems across a diverse portfolio of customer sites throughout Sydney.
You'll work closely with project engineers and customers to deliver high-quality technical support while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and troubleshoot BMS and HVAC control systems.
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive and preventative maintenance.
Support commissioning and system optimisation activities.
Carry out controller upgrades, modifications and software changes.
Respond to customer call-outs and provide technical support.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.




Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS).
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and mechanical services.
Experience fault finding control panels, controllers and field devices.
Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and other building automation protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
Experience with one or more of the following platforms would be highly regarded:
Honeywell
Johnson Controls Metasys
