As a Technical Analyst, you will apply robust analytical capability, sound judgment and well developed stakeholder skills to support the delivery of IHACPA's national activity based funding (ABF) cost and pricing models.
You will contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of complex modelling frameworks, working collaboratively with internal specialists, policy areas, advisory bodies and sector stakeholders.In this role, you will analyse substantial hospital activity and cost data, generating insights that inform national funding decisions.
You will also communicate technical concepts clearly, prepare high quality documentation and committee papers, and support the Executive by translating modelling outcomes into practical, actionable information.This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, builds productive working relationships, shows initiative, and contributes to continuous improvement while delivering high quality, evidence based work.
