If you're an experienced Manager stuck waiting for your next step, or ready to trade the silos of a bigger firm for genuine breadth across the deal lifecycle, This is worth a conversation.About the RoleReporting directly to the Lead Partner, you'll take ownership of engagement delivery and lead a team of 4-5 across a diverse portfolio of small‐to‐mid‐market transactions.Day‐to‐day you'll be responsible for:Leading buy‐side and sell‐side due diligence engagements – data analysis, data book construction and review, and preparation of detailed reports of findingsQuality of earnings analysis, assessment of key business risks and historical trends, and forecast cash flow analysisManaging the drafting of accounting‐related clauses in SPAs, EBIT normalisation, working capital calculations, and debt‐like itemsSupporting Deal Lead Advisory mandates (buy‐side and sell‐side) and managing execution and deliveryOverseeing the build and delivery of financial models – debt advisory, vendor readiness, profit improvement,
