About the Role
In this role you will join a team of highly skilled compassionate Registered Nurses in providing excellence in clinical care for our residents.
You will work under the leadership of experienced Clinical Manager to deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to our residents.
Providing support and supervision to your team members, you will champion a strong teamwork approach to resident's care.
You will liaise with medical practitioners, family and other multi-disciplinary team members ensuring excellence in personalised care.
Most importantly, compassion and empathy accompany your clinical talent, alongside building relationships with our residents based on dignity and respect.
Qualifications
You will be a Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
You will have a strong clinical focus with the ability to provide a high level of holistic support that best suits the individual
Knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative and dementia care (desired)
You are dedicated to caring for older people to live their best lives
You enjoy working in a team environmentExcellent communication skills
You must hold the right to work in Australia.
