Cleantek Group is on the hunt for TA/Labourers to join our dedicated Operations & Maintenance team!
We're Melbourne's #1 Solar Maintenance Company and our business is booming. We've got so many projects on the go that we need more hands on deck! Our maintenance clients are flat tack, and we have big plans to make **** a massive year!
Now, if you're not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is, we offer a

when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 6 months... we don't want any muppets!
What You'll Get
Earn $35-$40 per hour
– We pay top rates (Based on Experience).

The Role
You will be an integral part of our
O&M; team
.



You don't need prior experience in this specific industry—we will train you up on everything! You just need to be keen to get stuck into:
Solar Panel Cleaning
– Using top of the range equipment for solar cleaning commercial and residential properties.
Solar Bird Proofing
– Critter-proofing systems so they stay protected from pests.
Vacuum Gutter Cleaning
– Using our specialised vacuum setups to clear things out and keep properties sorted.
How your day looks:
You'll meet up at our factory each morning, load up, and ride together in the company vehicles out to the job sites with the rest of the O&M; crew.
About You:
We don't care about a massive list of past experience.
We are looking for genuine legends who want to work hard and bring a brilliant vibe to the team.
No experience required
in solar cleaning or vacuum gutter cleaning—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Valid White Card (Construction Induction).
Valid Working at Heights Ticket is highly regarded.
Valid Working With Children's Check.
Current, clean Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable personal vehicle (to get yourself to the factory each morning).
Full Australian working rights.
