We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer for a reputable and established firm in Scoresby, Victoria, who offer WFH 1 days per week.The business is focused on providing holistic and strategic advice for a variety of clients, ranging from young wealth accumulators, to retirees and business owners who all need a one-stop-shop for advice.The main purpose of the role is to provide skilled and proactive support to the Financial Advisers to enhance the client relationships and ensure they are well equipped to service their clients as per the practice service standard.As you will be a senior in the team, you may also have a junior CSO working under you, so you will get experience training and developing another staff member.This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Preparation of regular Portfolio Valuations for clients – including assets & liabilities schedule, portfolio valuations,



performance calculations and asset allocationLiaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactionsAssist advisers with client queriesAssist with contribution calculationsLodge applications, and follow up on their progressManaging annual reviews and Financial Directions (FDs) / Opt-insAssisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experienceTo be successful in the role, you will need:Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategiesStrong client focusComputer proficiency: Xplan experience is a plusOrganised and proactive work approachIn return, you will receive:Career progression and skill development, advancing to an Associate role over time, however career support candidate will be provided with the stabilitly they crave
