Sharp & Carter is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a permanent full time role based on St Kilda Road.
The position involves end-to-end weekly payroll processing for around 500 employees, in a hybrid setup with 3 days work-from-home and 2 days in the office.You will interpret and apply multiple awards and EBAs, manage overtime, allowances and adjustments, and ensure compliance with legislation, policies and payroll systems.
