YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Support a Senior Property Manager across a quality portfolio
Leasing,



routine inspections & tenant liaison
Coordinating maintenance with landlords, tenants & trades
Arrears, lease renewals & ingoing/outgoing reports
Building great relationships with proactive service
SOUND LIKE YOU?
Some property management experience (even 6-12 months as an APM - we want to hear from you!)
Property Tree experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker - full training provided
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
A great attitude and willingness to learn
