Efficient Recruitment Pty Ltd Glenny Kebabs' is seeking a motivated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular restaurant in Mount Waverley, VIC. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment, while also contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, and inventory control
Implement and maintain effective systems and procedures to maximise operational efficiency and profitability
Lead, motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals, providing training and support as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Liaise with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the venue
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement




Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints
Oversee the daily operations of the Mt Waverley store, ensuring consistent product quality, speed of service, and high customer satisfaction
Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on sales, labour, and operational performance
Ensure the store presentation, cleanliness, and equipment are maintained to brand standards
Qualifications & Experience
Significant experience of at least 1 year in a similar venue management role within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team
Robust financial and operational management skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
