FAK Supervisor - Victoria is a leadership role overseeing a Freight All Kinds (FAK) customer service team in Victoria. You will drive service excellence, coach and mentor staff, and coordinate freight bookings and documentation to ensure timely shipments.
Reporting to the National FAK Manager, you will manage rostering, performance coaching, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives, while building solid relationships with customers, freight forwarders and service partners.
