Scape Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager for the Melbourne portfolio to ensure safety, compliance and optimal operation of our assets while delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will lead a facilities team, coordinate contractors, oversee maintenance programs and drive WHS compliance across properties.
A minimum of 3 years in facilities management with hard services knowledge is required. A National Police Check and Working with Children check may be required.
