About the Role
Rosebank College is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and highly capable PACE Coordinator (Programs and Administration) to join the College in a permanent full‐time capacity commencing Term 3, ****. The coordinator reports to the Dean of Physical and Cultural Engagement (PACE) and provides administrative leadership and coordination across the College's co‐cultural portfolio, supporting sport, recreational activities, cultural opportunities, student leadership, enrichment, and other holistic development programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the administration and delivery of the College Club Sports Program.
Support the administration of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Program.
Coordinate the administration and operation of the College Chess Club.
Plan and deliver PACE events, carnivals, awards ceremonies and community initiatives.
Manage registrations, attendance records, permissions, communications and related administration for PACE activities.
Administer student injury management and concussion processes.
Coordinate PACE equipment, resources and uniform management, including stocktakes and inventory control.
Assist with coach recruitment, induction and compliance requirements.
Support the Dean of Physical and Cultural Engagement in implementing strategic PACE initiatives.
Contribute to student supervision and duty responsibilities as required.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support evolving needs of the PACE portfolio.

The successful applicant will be a highly organised and proactive professional who is passionate about supporting student engagement and co‐cultural opportunities.
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated experience in sports administration, PACE coordination, event management or program administration.
Solid administrative,
organisational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, databases and online administration systems.
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
Commitment to child safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
Desirable Criteria
Qualifications in Sport Management, Business Administration, Education, Event Management or a related field.
Experience in school‐based co‐cultural administration.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience supporting student engagement, sporting or community programmes.
