Key responsibilities include:
In this role, you will manage a residential property portfolio and provide high-level service to rental providers and renters across Sunbury and surrounding suburbs.
End-to-end residential property management
Lease renewals and rental reviews
Routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
Arrears management and rent collection
Maintenance coordination and repairs
Compliance with Victorian rental laws and legislation
Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
About You
We are looking for a Property Manager who has:




Experience in property management (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate setting
Knowledge of the Victorian residential tenancies act [RTA]
