Marketing Coordinator

What you'll do:
Assist with marketing support activities such as populating briefs, presentations, and assisting with strategy and segmentation
Manage email correspondence, EDM campaigns, social media content, and website updates
Support event and trade show coordination, including generating video and photo content
Collaborate with external agencies and draft internal and external communications
Provide sales support by managing signage, updating presentations,



and responding to inbound leads
Support CRM activities, including lead management and report generation
Aid administrative tasks such as ordering merchandise and organising internal company activities
What we're looking for:
A relevant degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Media, or Business
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Previous experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is desirable
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp (highly desirable)
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar (desirable)
Strong communication skills, organisation, and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
A skilled personal presentation and a customer service orientation
