PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our friendly Reservations team on a permanent full-time basis with weekend availability and versatile start times.
You will develop relationships with guests and internal teams, ensure reservations follow current rates to optimise occupancy, review daily reports, and handle calls and emails professionally. Opera PMS/Reservations and Siteminder experience are preferred.
