About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Family Lawyer with strong technical skills across all areas of family law and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. You'll manage a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to take ownership of your matters from start to finish, supported by a collaborative team workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing files across a range of family law matters including:
Divorce and separation
Parenting and children's matters
Property settlements and financial agreements
Support our criminal law team with Family violence and intervention orders
Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients
Representing clients in mediations and court proceedings where required
Building trusted client relationships through excellent service and communication




Contributing to our firm's reputation for professionalism and community engagement
About You
You are an approachable and capable practitioner who thrives on helping clients navigate challenging times.
You will have:
Admission to practice in Victoria and a current practising certificate
3+ years PQE
in family law (or equivalent experience)
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage matters independently from start to resolution
A client-focused, ethical approach with a genuine passion for family law
