As our Quality & Compliance Specialist - Seniors Communities, you'll play a critical role in supporting the quality, safety and compliance of services delivered across our Seniors Communities portfolio. Your opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Risk, you will support the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality, compliance and risk programs across Seniors Communities. Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, you'll help ensure services remain aligned with legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements while promoting a culture of safety and quality. With integrity and professionalism, you will:
Conduct audits, reviews and inspections to assess compliance and quality outcomes.
Support accreditation readiness and ongoing compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements.
Assist with risk management activities, incident investigations and follow‐up actions.
Review and maintain policies, procedures and compliance frameworks to support best practice.
Deliver training, guidance and support to leaders and teams on compliance, quality and risk management.

You must meet
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance or risk management within aged care, retirement living, health or a similar regulated sector.
Experience conducting audits and supporting accreditation processes.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, legislation and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
Aptitudes
Experience supporting incident management and organisational risk programs.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
Experience delivering training and education to operational teams.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to influence positive change.
