Pasta'bah in Murwillumbah is seeking an experienced Deli Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our deli, combining Italian food service, specialty retail and takeaway dining under one roof. You'll be on the floor, supporting the team and maintaining standards during peak service.
Responsibilities include rostering, supervising both FOH and BOH teams, stock control, catering coordination and ensuring food safety and quality.
