We are partnering with a growing NDIS provider in Melbourne's northern suburbs that is looking to welcome a passionate Psychologist to its clinic-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work predominantly from a modern clinic in Hadfield, supporting adolescents and adults aged 13 years and over.
The Role You'll work with a varied caseload of clients presenting with neurodiverse and psychosocial needs, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention in a collaborative, client-centred environment.
This is primarily a clinic-based role with minimal community work, allowing you to focus on delivering quality therapeutic outcomes while working alongside an experienced allied health team.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Support clients aged
13 years and over
with neurodiverse and psychosocial presentations.
Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
Collaborate with families, carers and a multidisciplinary allied health team.
Contribute to a positive, neuro-affirming and client-focused culture.

About You
General or Clinical Psychologist with current AHPRA registration.
Experience working with neurodiverse clients and psychosocial presentations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
