Retail Trade Sales Assistant (Full Time)
We're looking for a reliable, motivated and hands‐on Retail Trade Sales Assistant to join our team in Thomastown. If you enjoy helping customers, learning new skills and being part of a close‐knit team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Serving trade and retail customers at the trade counter
Providing product advice and helping customers find the right solution
Processing sales through our point of sale system
Answering customer phone enquiries
Picking and packing customer orders
Receiving, checking and putting away stock
Restocking shelves and maintaining displays
What we're looking for
Previous retail, trade, warehouse or customer service experience (preferred)
An interest in hardware, tools, fasteners or construction products
Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
Reliable,



punctual and takes pride in your work
Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Able to work well in a fast‐paced team environment
