here is what we are looking for:
As Senior Associate, we are seeking someone to join a senior leadership team and take a leading role on one of Australia's largest projects. Working alongside key project team members, you will support, lead, and manage the team through design, documentation, coordination, and delivery.
You will report directly into an Associate Principal, who will provide guidance, leadership, and support as you step into this senior position. The business is highly structured, well-resourced, and supported by strong systems, processes, and experienced leadership, giving you the platform to succeed and continue growing.

In the role as a Senior Associate, here are your key responsibilities
Lead and support the delivery of one of Australia's largest projects
Join the senior leadership team and contribute to project, team, and business outcomes
Manage, mentor, and support key team members across project delivery
Work closely with the Associate Principal for leadership, guidance, and strategic support
Oversee design coordination, documentation, consultant coordination, and project workflows
Help strengthen project delivery, team performance, and overall outcomes
Support the implementation of studio systems, processes, and project standards
Act as a key point of contact across internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the team as the practice continues to expand
In the role as a Senior Associate, here we what we need from you:
Minimum *****+ years' experience within architecture
Master of Architecture qualification required
Architectural registration highly regarded, but not essential
Previous Data Centre project experience is required for this role due to the project
Strong experience working on large-scale or complex projects in delivery phases which is where the project will be focused on
Proven ability to lead, manage, mentor, and support project teams
Strong understanding of project delivery, documentation, coordination, and consultant management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong Revit and systems knowledge will be highly regarded
Must be based in Australia and currently living in Australia
Must hold full Australian working rights
A proactive, ambitious, and solutions-focused approach
Desire to grow into further senior leadership opportunities over time
