What You'll Learn
Structural steel installation
Reading engineering and shop drawings
Crane operations and lifting procedures
Working safely at heights
Rigging and safe lifting practices
Site planning and organisation
Quality workmanship
Leadership and communication
Running projects from start to finish

Experience That Would Be Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
Structural steel installation
Carpentry or timber framing
House framing or structural framing experience
ARC welding
Fabrication or boilermaking
Dogging or Rigging tickets
EWP (Scissor Lift/Boom Lift)
Working at Heights
Experience working around cranesAbility to read engineering or shop drawings
Current driver's licence (MR or HR licence an advantage)
