HOBAN is currently seeking experienced and reliable
Steel Production Machine Operators
to join our client's manufacturing team in Laverton.
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable working in a busy production environment. The position involves
physical work, including repetitive lifting
, and requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Steel Production Machine Operators
Available Shifts (Non-Rotating):
Day Shift:
6:00am - 2:06pm -
$***** per hour
Afternoon Shift:
2:00pm - 10:06pm -
$***** per hour
Night Shift:
10:00pm - 6:06am -
$***** - $***** per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate steel production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
Load, unload, and handle steel products and materials
Perform repetitive manual handling and lifting tasks
Conduct basic machine checks and report any issues
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organised production area
Work effectively within a team to meet production targets
About You:




Previous experience in steel manufacturing, production, or machine operation is highly regarded
Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks
Robust focus on safety and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work Monday to Friday on a consistent shift
Experience operating industrial machinery is advantageous
