About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive growth across Victoria. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this field-based role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting our dealer network, and delivering tailored pump and fluid handling solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across agricultural and industrial pump solutions
Build solid relationships with dealers, farmers, irrigation specialists, and industrial clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across irrigation, livestock, and industrial sectors




Conduct in office visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
Provide technical advice, quotations, and tailored proposals
Support customers with troubleshooting and performance improvements
Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
About You
Proven B2B sales experience in industrial, agricultural, or engineering environments
Strong understanding of pumps, fluid systems, or mechanical equipment
Experience working with dealer networks or indirect channels
Technical aptitude with a consultative sales approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
