About the Role
This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
Process payroll accurately and on time
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with BAS, superannuation and other compliance requirements




Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
Assist with month-end reporting and general finance tasks
Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or similar
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
Construction or manufacturing industry experience will be highly regarded
