The Company
A multi-generation food manufacturer based in Griffith, NSW. The business produces almond milk and almond products on site and supplies major national retailers. With strong growth since launching in ****, the operation is expanding significantly, including the addition of new processing and filling lines in early ****.

The Position
This is a hands-on Machine Operator role responsible for operating and monitoring processing and filling equipment within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards as the site continues to expand.
The role suits a reliable operator with FMCG or food manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality products and working as part of a close-knit production team.
Key responsibilities include operating and adjusting automated production and filling lines, monitoring product quality and performance throughout the shift,



completing routine checks and basic fault finding, and escalating maintenance issues where required. You will assist with line changeovers, cleaning and sanitation activities, and support the commissioning of new equipment as additional lines come online.
The role also involves maintaining accurate production records, adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency, reduce waste and minimise downtime.
Skills / Experience
Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (preferred)
Experience operating automated production or filling equipment
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to follow procedures and work within quality systems
Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
Good communication skills and attention to detail
