We are seeking a Casual Gaming Attendant for the
Royal Oak Richmond
(VIC ****) specifically for
night shifts
. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe, compliant gaming environment for our patrons during late-night venue operations.
What You'll Be Doing (Night Shifts)
Regulation Compliance
: Monitor gaming areas to ensure legal and policy compliance.
Customer Support
: Assist patrons with machine operations and venue queries.
Late-Night Safety
: Observe behavior to keep the workplace secure and orderly.
Responsible Gaming
: Active support of venue responsible gambling initiatives.
Cash Handling
: Securely process transactions and manage cash procedures.
Venue Care
: Keep the gaming floor clean and report machine faults to night management.
What We're Looking For
Availability




: Must be available for consistent night and late-evening shifts.
Certifications
: Valid
RSG
(Responsible Service of Gambling) and
RSA
certificates. RSG Module 1 must.
Experience
: Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
Skills
: Strong customer service, sharp observation, and honest cash handling.
