You will be the main partner for the financial success of the project, contributing to negotiation processes to secure project success. You will, with the Project Manager, provide financial analysis, advice and guidance to support the project team in making the best business decisions for the project.

Description
Ensure full compliance with financial governance, standards, and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and optimise project financial performance, including costs, revenue, margin, cash flow, and working capital
Deliver accurate forecasting and analysis, enhancing visibility on financials and supporting informed decision-making
Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities, including contingencies, savings, and corrective action plans
Provide early warning on financial impacts and challenge assumptions to protect project performance
Contribute to project reviews, profitability assessments, and monthly closing activities with clear and reliable reporting
Actively support project bids and tenders by contributing to contract review, bidding activities, and financial evaluations to enhance competitiveness and drive successful outcomes
Drive continuous improvement by turning financial data into actionable insights and promoting a robust cash culture
Profile
Qualified or QBE accountant with commercial acumen and a track record of success in managing the financials of long term, high value contracts
