About the Role
We are seeking multiple
committed, compassionate and reliable female Support Workers (Contractors)
to provide
one-to-one personal care, daily living support and sleepovers
to participants with disability who requires
full assistance
.
This role involves supporting
2 participants located in Melbourne's South East (Seaford and Caulfield areas).
You will provide support with:
Personal care and daily living tasks
Community access and social participation
Routine support and structured activities
This position is available for an immediate start
, subject to required checks and clearances.
Shift Requirements (Important)
To ensure consistency of care, applicants
must have availability for at least:
Two weekday long shifts (6-8 hours each)
Shifts may include:
Mornings, afternoons and evenings

About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and understands the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
You will bring:

Reliability and a robust work ethic
Previous experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
To be eligible for this contractor role, you must have:
Australian Driver's Licence
Relevant industry qualifications or training
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Completion of NDIS Worker Modules
Current First Aid & CPR
Infection Control training
Manual Handling training
Medication Administration competency
Two professional references
