Glenmount Medical Clinic is a well-established, privately owned mixed billing general practice located in Glen Waverley. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.
This position is rostered across Thursday and Friday (8:30am – 4:30/5:00pm), with an alternative Wednesday and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when available.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting our doctors and delivering outstanding care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Chronic Disease Management and Care Planning
Health Assessments
Iron Infusions
Immunisations and vaccinations (adult and paediatric)
Travel Vaccinations
Wound management and dressings
ECGs, ear irrigation and other treatment room procedures
Assisting GPs with minor surgical procedures




Infection prevention and control
Recall and reminder management
Stock ordering and inventory control
Quality Improvement activities
General clinical support to the medical team
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about general practice nursing, enjoys building robust relationships with patients, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Essential Criteria
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Minimum 1 year of experience in general practice or a similar healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Desirable
Experience with Chronic Disease Management, Care Plans and Health Assessments
Experience using MedicalDirector and Pracsoft (or similar clinical software)
Immunisation certification
Mandarin speaking (highly regarded but not essential)
