We are seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in the Bayside area.
This role is ideal for support workers who enjoy building robust relationships, working as part of a professional team, and providing consistent support to people with complex support needs.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide active support in a SIL environment,



assisting participants to achieve their goals while maintaining their health, safety, dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Personal care and support with daily living activities
Supporting participants with complex needs
Medication administration and health monitoring
Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and household tasks
Community access, appointments and recreational activities
Supporting communication, choice and independence
Accurate shift notes, incident reporting and documentation
