Echuca
Contract Administrator | Commercial Construction
About the role
H.Troon is seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time basis in our Echuca office, Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or developing Contract Administrator who wants more than a traditional commercial role. You will gain exposure to the complete project lifecycle, from tender handover and procurement through to manufacturing, construction, project completion and final account.
Working closely with our Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, clients and in-house manufacturing divisions, you will play an important role in administering contracts, managing procurement and supporting the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.
The role will involve a combination of office-based and site-based work. As many of our projects are delivered throughout regional Victoria and interstate, regular travel and periods working from project sites will form part of the position.
H.Troon also delivers projects across Australia, providing opportunities for the right person to travel interstate, work with different project teams and clients, and gain experience across a broad range of sectors and project types.
For the right candidate, this position offers genuine long-term career progression and the chance to develop into a Senior Contract Administrator, Project Manager or other senior commercial position within the business.
What sets H.Troon apart
H.Troon is one of Australia's leading vertically integrated commercial construction companies.
Unlike almost every other commercial builder, we manufacture and install our own:
Structural steel
Architectural aluminium
Commercial joinery
This gives our Contract Administrators exposure to areas of construction that are rarely available within a traditional builder.
You will work directly with our project delivery and manufacturing teams, developing a broader understanding of procurement, detailing, fabrication, logistics, installation, programming and commercial management.
This unique experience will allow you to build practical construction knowledge, strengthen your commercial skills and progress your career faster than you would in a standard Contract Administrator role.
We are proud of what we do, the quality of the projects we deliver and the capability of our people. We aim to be the best in our field and are looking for people who want to learn, take responsibility and grow with us.
