You will act as the key technical authority for Contemporary Workplace services, partnering closely with Strategy and Architecture, Technical Operations and Cyber Security to shape and deliver the IT roadmap.Genuine ownership of a global, AI-enabled Modern Workplace functionExposure across the full Microsoft 365 and Intune ecosystem, including emerging Copilot capabilitiesWork within an inclusive, collaborative culture that values flexibility and continuous developmentOpportunity to mentor and uplift capability across a broader global EUC teamSit at the centre of enterprise-wide technical governance and decision-making forumsDuties / Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of Modern Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365 capabilities, from adoption through to optimisationAct as SME and technical authority at Technical and Change Advisory Boards, assessing end user impact and operational riskEstablish and maintain operational runbooks covering SOE patching, application packaging,



imaging and device retirementDefine and monitor key operational metrics such as patch compliance, deployment success rate and workspace restoration timesMentor and uplift capability across the wider EUC team while maintaining the EUC knowledge baseSkills and ExperienceAdvanced SOE management experience with a strong focus on cloud technologies, Intune and AutopilotExperience with Entra ID and broader Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive)Understanding of identity, permissions and information protection as they relate to AI behaviour and risk (Copilot experience highly regarded)Advanced application packaging and delivery experience, including Win32, PSADT and Mac PKG/DMGAdvanced Group Policy and user profile management experienceMobile device management experience across a mixed fleet of 2,500+ Windows, macOS, iOS and BYOD endpointsInfrastructure as Code and scripting experience (Terraform, PowerShell, DSC, automation runbooks)Experience with end user experience and performance reporting tools (Intune Advanced Analytics, Graph API, Log Analytics)Proven experience leading SOE and application upgrade rollouts, with strong Cyber Security and vulnerability management exposureBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with MD-102, MS-102 and SC-300 certifications essential; MS-700, SC-100, PL-900 and ITIL V4 desirable
